• Make all payments in full and on time as agreed

4. Pricing and Payments

• All service fees and quotations are provided based on the agreed scope of work

• Prices may change if requirements, quantities, timelines, or specifications change

• Third-party costs, including supplier charges, freight costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, storage, inspections, or port charges, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Late or non-payment may result in service suspension, shipment holds, or cancellation

5. Freight and Logistics Disclaimer

• Freight and shipping services are arranged through third-party carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers

• Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed

• LYFCART LIMITED is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, or failures caused by customs clearance, port congestion, carrier issues, strikes, weather conditions, regulatory actions, or force majeure events

Clients are strongly advised to obtain adequate cargo insurance.
